الجودة في التعليم الالكتروني

تعتبر الجودة أحد أهم المتطلبات بالنسبة للتعليم بشكل عام والتعليم الإلكتروني بشكل خاص والجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني تركيبة تتكون من جودة التصميم وجودة الأداء وجودة المخرجات، بمعنى أن يكون التصميم محدد المواصفات وأن يكون الأداء وفق المعايير المحددة وأن يكون المنتج التعليمي والخدمات محققة للمعايير والمواصفات المتوقعة،  وعليه تتطلب الجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني توافر مجموعة خصائص ومواصفات أهمها:
1_ استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بطريقة فعالة تساعد المتعلم من الحصول على المعارف والمهارات والتقنيات التي تمكّنه من الإنتاج والإبداع.
2_ توفير المواد والوسائل التعليمية والمعلمين وكافة البرمجيات المعتمدة في عملية التعليم والتعلم.
3_ تقييم البرامج التعليمية المعتمدة في نظام التعليم الإلكتروني باستمرار في ضوء المستجدات الاجتماعية والثقافية لاستخلاص تغذية راجعة بهدف الإصلاح والتطوير.
4_ التطوير في أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وشروط القبول بالنسبة للطلاب.
5_ الاهتمام بالنظام الإداري والفني بشكل مستمر.
وهكذا، يمكن القول أن نجاح نظام التعليم الإلكتروني مرتبط بملائمة المخرجات للأهداف المحددة ومدى تحقيقها لمعايير الجودة وتطبيق الجودة في عملية التعليم أمر ضروري سواء كان التعليم واقعي أو إلكتروني وهذا نؤكد عليه في معهد باكت من خلال الدورات العديدة التي نقدمها.
