- Bait Aljouda For Consultation and Training Bact.
- The amounts paid by me are non-refundable amounts even in attendance, unless there are reasons accepted by the Bait Aljouda For Consultation and Training Bact’s Centre.
- I understand that the gentlemen of the Bait Aljouda For Consultation and Training Bact’s Centre do not bear responsibility in the event that I do not succeed or accept any party based on the certificate, training and exams held by the Bait Aljouda For Consultation and Training Bact’s Centre.
- I understand that there are cameras in the bact.
- I understand that there is a psychologist to monitor children’s behaviors.
- I understand that part of the training can be provided or provided online under the supervision of trainers.
- Certificate costs are not included in the program price.
- If you request a transfer from one program to another, BACT may refuse the transfer without giving reasons.
- I authorize Bact to verify all documents submitted by me under their sole discretion.
- If BACT agrees that the study allowance and fees are paid in installments, the payments must be commensurate with the attendance, and the student is prohibited from entering if otherwise.
- BACT has the right to cancel, cancel or suspend any child training program in the event of repeated absences after deducting attendance allowances and administrative fees.
- I pledge to abide by the BACT document, and in case of violation, I am subject to the possibility of deleting my name or canceling the training program.
- The training program cannot be changed, replaced or transferred after attending the first session.
- Only those registered are allowed to enter the BACT training and study hall.
- I undertake to abide by the applicable rules and conditions specified by BACT.
- I pledge that all information provided to me at the Institute will remain intellectually owned by the gentlemen of the Bait Aljouda For Consultation and Training Bact’s Centre, and I do not have the right to transfer it to others, unload, copy or photocopy it by any means without written permission from the Bait Aljouda For Consultation and Training Bact’s Centre.
- I undertake that the e-mail registered in this document is the authorized mail for all correspondence related to us.
- I pledge to send the phone number and photo ID to the person authorized to receive the child.
- I understand that BACT is not responsible for the child after 5 p.m.
- In the case that a child is accepted from the task owners, the parent bears the costs of his shadow teacher independently of the special fees.
- The prescribed fees for the program are paid in advance before the start of the program and BACT has the right not to accept the child in case of non-payment.
- I understand that BACT develops activities and interactions for the purposes of control, development, marketing and social participation to achieve the greatest benefit.
- I pledge to abide by the policy of the headquarters of the implementation of the program according to diversity and difference
- I understand that renewal is not possible without the written consent of BACT.
- I understand that part of the training is online and can be delivered in different locations as appropriate.
- I understand that in the case of transferring the child to another program, BACT has the right to accept or reject without giving a reason, and if the application is accepted, a fee of AED 260 will be applied for each week.
- It is not possible to transfer the one-day program to another day.
