الإدارة الصفية في التعليم الإلكتروني:

المعلم الناجح هو الذي يدير صفه بفعالية وسر هذا النجاح لا يتعلق بكمية المعلومات والمعارف التي يمتلكها وإنما بمهارته في إدارة الصف وأسلوبه في التعليم وسواء كان هذا التعليم يحدث في حجرة الصف أو تعليم عن بعد وبحكم الوضع السائد الذي نعيشه أصبح للتعليم الإلكتروني مكانة هامة في حياتنا، وهذه بعض الإجراءات التي يمكن أن يتخذها المعلم لتحقيق إدارة صفية ناجحة في التعليم الإلكتروني:

📚 الالتزام بوقت الحصة من قبل المعلم أو الطالب سواء ببدايتها أو نهايتها.

📚 حضور المعلم في الوقت المحدد أو قبل دقيقتين للاستعداد للدرس كتجهيز ملفات التي سيتم عرضها وتلافي المشاكل الفنية.

📚التواجد في مكان مهيأ داخل المنزل يتوفر فيه المستلزمات الدراسية وبعيد عن الضوضاء والمشتتات.

📚 إدارة المايك باحترافية سر حيوية الحصة حيث يتم الاتفاق على آلية محددة مثل عدم فتح المايك الا عند المشاركة أو وجود مشكلة فنية.

📚 تنويع ما يقدمه المعلم داخل الحصة. مثلا يستطيع المعلم عرض الكتاب والشرح أو عرض سبورة والشرح أو عرض تقديمي والشرح أو تشغيل مقطع فيديو وغير ذلك.

📚عدم تشغيل الكاميرا إلا عندما يطلب منه المعلم ذلك.

📚 توجيه الطلاب إلى الاستفادة من الدردشة أو إرسال رابط لهم أو إجراء تصويت وعمل لأيك للإجابة الصحيحة

📚 توحيد صورة العرض (مثلاً تحمل اسم الطالب او الطالبة) او عرض صورة الطالب الحقيقية. حتى يشعر الطالب بجدية الدراسة عن بعد وأنه ظاهر للجميع بشخصيته او اسمه الحقيقي.

📚 إعطاء الطلاب أركان افتراضية يعرفون فيها عن أنفسهم وأيضا يضع فيها المعلم الأعمال التي يشارك بها وكذلك كل طالب يضع الأعمال التي يشارك بها. فالتواصل تحت نظر المعلم وتوجيهاته يساعد الطلاب على تنمية مهارة التواصل عن بعد.

📚تقديم التغذية الراجعة للطالب (خصوصاً للمرحلة الابتدائية) والتركيز على التعزيز وذكر الجوانب الإيجابية لما قام به الطالب.

📚 في نهاية الحصة الافتراضية يقدم لهم اخر التوجيهات ويغلق الفصل الافتراضي حتى لا يبقى أي طالب بعده في الفصل.
