 يقدم التدريب المهارات اللازمة لمعلم الرياضيات التي تجعله قادرًا علي اكتساب الخبرة اللازمة و المطلوبة للمعلمين الرياضيات في وقت قياسي و يشمل البرنامج تطبيق عملي و إثراء للمناهج النظرية و الدولية للمعلمين ذوي الخبرة ممايجعله علي دراية بكل ما هو جديد ومتميز في المجال المهني .

1- معرفة نظريات التعلم والاستفادة منها وإستراتيجيات عملية التدريس من أجل تعلم نشط لتعليم مادة الرياضيات في المدارس الدولية .

2- مهارات الإبداع و الإبتكار و التفكير الناقد في تدريس مادة الرياضيات و التعرف على طرق الاستقراء والاستنتاج والبحث والاستقصاء والاکتشاف والابتکار للوصول لحل المسألة

3- توفير سبل و طرق تعليمية حديثة تناسب إحتياجات الطلاب المختلفة من خلال تطبيق استراتيجيات التعليم المتمايز في تدريس الرياضيات حسب أنماط المتعلمين

4- مهارات الإدارة الصفية و تطبيقاتها داخل البيئة الصفية.

 5- تصميم طرق إبداعية في تدريس مادة الرياضيات.

6- إستخدام استراتيجيات التعلم التعاوني ونماذجه في تدريس الرياضيات حسب متطلبات الموقف التدريسي.

7-استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم القائم على البناء المعرفي في تدريس الرياضيات ونماذجه.
