The greatest challenge of a teacher is to awake creativity of her/his students . Creativity is to have the ability to solve a problem in a new different unfamiliar way or to think about things in a different unprecedented way .
Here are some recommendations that may help us to grow up the creativity of students:
🌻To use active learning strategies like : brain storming ,solving of problems and playing roles strategies….etc.
🌻To help students comprehend their own capabilities and encourage them to practice their hobbies because this enables them to be more creative.
🌻To learn through practicing entertainment activities, this makes students feel joyful ,learn quickly and they will have more motivation to make performance and to be more creative
🌻To appreciate and be proud of students’ performances ;this encourages them to have more motivation to. continue.
🌻To encourage students to read books and to get used to have a book as a very close, creative inspiring friend.
🌻To ask students questions which motivate their imagination ,this is a wonderful method to allow them think creatively.
🌻To help students to link their thoughts and what they love with practice; this in turn makes their performances have more depth, in addition to support another level of creativity.
🌻To award the creative students even if we don’t agree with some of their unusual thoughts.
🌻To overlook some unsuccessful ideas and mistakes of creative students ,because these ideas won’t be useless.
🌻To help students to identify barriers and enable them to skip these barriers through putting plans and discussion of the possible solutions.
🌻To insert different arts to the educational curriculum ;even to add these arts to maths, science or history.
The teacher should look for drawing, creative writing and other arts to activate her/his classroom.
🌻To help students to meet their learning objectives through projects and tasks at the classroom.
So that, we advise you our dear teacher to be a creative teacher model, this in turn, will encourage your students to follow you and be creative like you too.
