The QUALIFI Level 5 Diploma in Business Management aims to develop and enhance the skills of current and future business managers while continuing to professionalize and recognize the management sectors.
prepares learners to become Early Years Educators , enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years . Upon achievement of this qualification it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators .

To obtain this qualification , trainees must successfully complete the following requirements :
✓Pass all 10 compulsory units .
✓Conduct a longitudinal study involving working with a child and conducting a case study , which will be internally assessed at the institute .
✓Demonstrate competency in a real work setting ( fulfilling the required hours of practical training ) .
✓Complete 5 observations sessions .
