Applied Behavior Analysis ABA is a therapy that has been applied to understand certain behaviors that were developed as a result of certain circumstances.
It is a complete program which aims at analyzing behaviors, depending on pre-determined principles. These principles were developed to help kids with autism and others with troubled-behavioral issues, taking into account many considerations, such as:
Obtaining new behaviors
Maintain current behaviors
Taking away unwanted behaviors
prepares learners to become Early Years Educators , enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years . Upon achievement of this qualification it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators .

To obtain this qualification , trainees must successfully complete the following requirements :
✓Pass all 10 compulsory units .
✓Conduct a longitudinal study involving working with a child and conducting a case study , which will be internally assessed at the institute .
✓Demonstrate competency in a real work setting ( fulfilling the required hours of practical training ) .
✓Complete 5 observations sessions .
