Diversity celebrates the varied human experience, embracing differences in race, gender, and culture. This course explains to educators the best pedagogical practices for positively activating diversity and pluralism in the school, and pedagogical consequences for inequality and discrimination in the learning environment.
This qualification will support the teachers who currently do not have teaching qualification and wants to become eligible to apply to Competent Teacher Status CTS.
This course includes the following topics:

2. Teaching, Learning and Assessment in Education and Training (20 CREDIT HOURS)
3. Developing Teaching, Learning and Assessment in Education and Training (20 CREDIT HOURS)
4. Wider Professional Practice in Education and Training (15 CREDIT HOURS)
5. Managing Behaviors in a Learning Environment (6 CREDIT HOURS)
6. Develop and Prepare Resources for Learning and Development (6 CREDIT HOURS)
7. Effective Partnership Working in Teaching and Learning Context (15 CREDIT HOURS)
8. Evaluating Learning Programs (3 CREDIT HOURS)
9. Inclusive Practice (15 CREDIT HOURS).
