The TOT training course aims to prepare trainers and lecturers professionally, and train them to prepare training packages and develop speaking, teaching and training skills, so that at the end of this course they become professional lecturers and trainers.
prepares learners to become Early Years Educators , enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years . Upon achievement of this qualification it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators .

To obtain this qualification , trainees must successfully complete the following requirements :
✓Pass all 10 compulsory units .
✓Conduct a longitudinal study involving working with a child and conducting a case study , which will be internally assessed at the institute .
✓Demonstrate competency in a real work setting ( fulfilling the required hours of practical training ) .
✓Complete 5 observations sessions .
