1️⃣You should practice meditation and relaxation for ten minutes every day, that is, you have to be, at this period, mentally separated from daily routine and you should just relax.
2️⃣You should do physical activity regularly ,because physical activity is very useful and important for health ,body and mind.
3️⃣You should have enough sleep ,as sleep gives you more energy during the day, in addition it reduces the risks like: high blood pressure and heart attacks.
4️⃣You should drink plentiful amount of water, because it enhances the health of your immune system and expels germs and viruses from your body.
5️⃣You shouldn’t sit so long behind your desk ,but in stead, you should move from time to time to do a different activity .
6️⃣Quit Smoking or Keep away from smoking .
