Nutrition Of School Children
Nutrition of children is very important issue; as children undergo many quick physical and behavioral changes at this age ,so that we should take care of their nutrition . Also, we should take care of their food in relation to quantity and quality in order to keep their growth balanced and to protect them from many diseases.
So that they should eat healthy food which includes all essential nutrients for the body.
In addition, there is a strong link between nutrition and working hard at school, as malnutrition affects on the concentration and understanding of students which, in turn will lead to their falling back .Here we have some tips in order to improve the nutrition of school children and encourage them to follow healthy diet.
1. It’s necessary to have breakfast which provides the body with the required energy to do activities and daily routine .If you don’t have breakfast ,you get a low glucose level in blood, also it may cause headache ,stomach’s disorders ,nervousness and Skinless.
2.To have various food which include vitamins, protein, carbohydrates and the basic minerals for this stage like calcium, iron and zinc.
3.To increase drinking of water; as recommended between(6_8)cups every day.
4.To encourage students to have vegetables and fruits every day.
5.To take care of having sugar and salt moderately.
6.To focus on brushing your teeth ,having less sweets, ice cream and soda in order to protect your teeth from Blake.
7.To encourage students to do exercises and follow a healthy diet in order not to be fat and overweighed.
8.To avoid having junk food .
