🔺يُعرّف التعلّم النشط بأنّه أسلوبٍ تعلُّمي وتعليمي في الوقت ذاته، حيث يكون بمشاركة الطلبة الفعّالة في تدريس المادة الدراسية من خلال الحوار البنّاء، والإصغاء الإيجابي، وتحليل القضايا المطروحة بشكل جماعي في بيئة تعليمية غنية، حيث يتمثّل دور المعلم بالإشراف والتشجيع المستمر للطلبة لمساعدتهم على تحقيق أهداف المادة الدراسية وبناء شخصياتهم.

🔺فهرم التعلم النشط هو عبارة عن فكرة تعليميّة حديثة تهدف إلى تحويل التعليم من أسلوبه التقليدي إلى أسلوب أكثر تفاعلية حيث التلميذ يتعلّم بنفسه ويعلم غيره و يعمل ويفكر ويبدع.

🔺فالطالب الذي يتلقى تعليمه عن طريق أسلوب المحاضرة يختزن المعلومات ولكن مايتذكره من المعلومات لا يتجاوز 5% منها ثم ترتفع هذه النسبة إلى 10% عند ارتباطها مع القراءة وعند إثراء الدرس بالوسائل السمعية والبصرية فإن النسبة تزداد إلى 20% وبالتطبيق العملي وشرح بعض الأمثلة تصبح النسبة 30% وعندما تتم المناقشات بشكل جماعي بعد تطبيق المعلومات تترسخ الفكرة في ذهن التلميذ بنسبة 50% . وبالممارسة والتدريب المستمر ترتفع النسبة إلى 75%

وعند استخدام طرائق تعلم الأقران والتعلم التعاوني بحيث ينقل التلميذ المعرفة لغيره ، يكون بقاء أثر التعلم لديه أكثر، ولمدة أطول تصل إلى 90% وهي نسبة عالية مما يظهر أن للتعلم النشط أثراً إيجابياً في عملية التعلم…
